LIFETIME WARRANTY

We believe so strongly in what we are producing, to be a superior product, that we are offering a limited lifetime warranty on all of our products.

What is covered:

Defects in materials, workmanship, or design, including components (with exceptions noted below), fabricated assemblies, external switching devices, coverings, and cabinetry, when used as intended.

What is not covered:

Improper use, or misuse, and reusable components, such as tubes, and lamps.

What is covered separately:

Speakers are covered for 1 year from purchase.

What is normal intended usage:

Cranking up (or down) and playing your heart out with an electric guitar! This includes using reactive type attenuators, such as the Dr. Z Airbrake, or Marshall Powerbrake. Of the non-reactive attenuators, only the 8 ohm THD Hotplate is covered.

What is misuse:

Use in inclement conditions, improper voltages, and resistive type power attenuators, that create huge flyback voltages (like the "Power Soak.").

Use of improper tubes, or socket adapter devices, intended to run incorrect tubes in the amplifier.

Modification of the amplifier circuitry, other than changing of tubes and speakers.

Impedance mismatching.

What to do:

If your amplifier is having issues, first and foremost, please disconnect it, contact Soultone, or have it inspected by a qualified service technician.

If it is found to be a warrantied issue, arrange with Soultone for the return or local repair of your amplifier. We will provide an RMA (Retrun Merchandise Authorization) number, or if the issue is capable of being resolved by a local qualified service technician, we will make arrangements for the repair. 

We will do our best to repair the amp in a timely fashion, and will cover all repair or return shipping charges for customers located in the continental USA.

It's that simple.

Other Repairs:

If you have an issue that is not covered by your warranty, and would like it factory repaired and restored to original specification, please contact us. We will provide you with the current shop rates, and will be happy to conduct the repairs.
