Vintage Plexi sounds with Variable Power!

This is the most authentic yet flexible JTM45 style amplifier made!

Two editions are currently available, one with a MILSPEC printed circuit board, the other entirely MILSPEC handwired. Both are equipped with exclusive versions of Mercuy Magnetics transformers. Shipped standard with KT66 tubes, either EL34 or numerous combinations of octal tubes can be used in this amplifier. This amp has Power Scaling variable power control, and a dual rectifier switch selecting either the built in solid state FRED or Gz34 tube rectifier. Both HD and Pro versions are built using the best parts currently available, and the best sounding cabinetry available today.

With switchable negative feedback taps, channel bridging or cascading, and plexi/jtm tone modeling, the Forty-Five is an incredibly versatile amp, covering a range of British sounding amplifiers from the Sixties, Seventies, and Eighties, at volumes manageable from stage to bedroom levels.

TUBE COMPLIMENT	2 Octals: KT66, EL34, 6550, 6L6, 5881, 6V6GT match or mix them up and run with asymetric configuration allowed! This amp can also run with 6V6, for 12 watts mismatched or 20 watts matched ~Z power 3 12AX7 tubes, 1 5751 (can run 12AX7 as gain stage in FX) And a 5AR4/GZ34 rectifier!
RECTIFIER	Contains a GZ34 tube and a built in Solid State FRED rectifier, with on the fly front panel selection.

Potentiometers: Clarostat, PEC, and NTE - RV4 or better rating, all plastic-conductive Wire: Silver plated MILSPEC (rated for aircraft control signal wire), Sockets: NOS Micalex tube sockets

Imagine the flexibility in a Dual EL84 amp to do the best of the1974X and the 2061x Circuits... with selectable twin rectifiers (either tube or solid state FRED modules) and the Variable Power Soultone Power Scaling PCB providing raging tone from 18 or 20 watts, all the way down to miliwatts. RECTIFIER	Selectable between tube and solid state. The Solid State is a FRED ISOTOP rectifier module - the FREDs have been making waves through the Marshall communities as the tone-sweetening solid state solution of choice. The tube rectifier is a EZ81/6CA4. Either is available in either mode.

Vintage Styled 212 Straight Cabinet

Built to the same exacting standards of the Slant and Straight 412, this closed back 212 cabinet has the punch and tone of it's big brothers, thanks to quality finger-joined voidless Baltic Birch, a laminated speaker baffle, and a little extra depth over similar 212 cabinets. Using the same steel handles as the bigger 412, it can still get in most back seats.

VS212

This cabinet works well wtih any of the amps, but sounds especially magical with the Forty-Five. It can also be ordered in a detuned (with 1 12" spkr) configuration.

The speakers are standard two aged Celestion G12H30 Anniversary models, but can be upgraded to either the G12M or G12H Heritage.
