As a newer company (Dec, 2004), that has focused upon direct custom build orders, we do not yet have a list of available dealers. Purchase Direct from Soultone

Purchasing direct is made super easy by using Paypal. If you don't already have a Paypal account, you will be given the opportunity when you place a product in your cart. Through Paypal, Soultone Amplification, Inc. is able to accept bank payments, checks, most major credit cards, and of course your Paypal funds. Paypal is an actual bank, and has the best security in the business. If you are unsure of paypal, find your products and pricing below, and email Soultone for details on sending a personal check.

1. Select the Amplifier Products you desire to purchase
2. Select the upgrades you desire, like custom speakers, coverings, tubes, or accessories.
3. Select the shipping for the amplifier/cabinet you've purchased.
4. View your cart, and check out!
5. Allow 6 weeks for delivery - all amplifiers/cabinetry are made to order we'll contact you shortly after your order is processed, and inform you of the actual expected wait time.

We require full purchase amount in advance for all amplifiers. We strongly discourage cancellations, but should the need arise for valid reasons, we will accept cancellations. Being we are a build-to-order shop, cancellations will be charged a 15% fee. The amps we put on ebay ocassionally are usually the cancellations amplifiers. Please contact us in advance of order placement to ensure that you are ordering a product you really want, and ask any questions in advance to avoid cancellation charges.

Every amplifier is sold with a satisfaction guarantee. Should your amp not meet with your approval we will do everything possible to remedy the situation, at our cost. In the event we are unable to do so, you may return your amplifier for a refund, minus any fees and shipping costs. There will be a 15% restocking fee on entirely Handwired amplifiers and no restocking fee on the MILSPEC PCB/Handwired series. Paypal fees and shipping costs still apply.
